Teams of 3, 1 person works at a time. Perform all movements as quickly as possible. Must start and finish with a 400m run, but all movements in between can be performed out of order. You must complete entire exercise before moving onto the next. e.g. (planks must be finished before moving to slams.)

4oom run as a group

200 butterfly situps

50 burpee broad jumps

6 rope climbs (sub 10 ring rows for each climb)

50 Deadlifts 225/185

6 minutes of plank, cumulative time

200 sledge slams

400m run as a group

score is time on metcon
