Warm up:  400 m run/row; 2x 10 wall balls, 10 ball slams, 5 inchworms

Skill:  Thruster
Warm up as a group and. . .

. . . 12-15 min to find 1 RM thruster
Advanced- 1 RM cluster

WOD:

8 burpee to target (6 inches or more above reach)
10 plyo pushups to plates
12 empty bar thrusters (Athletes:  DO NOT drop the bar after you're done)
100 m sprint
4 RFT

Post 1 RM and time

Sat. 10/18 regular class moved to 8:00 am
