Skill/strength:  Box Squat
Warm up to 60ish% and. . .

Box Squat 2 reps EMOM for 10 min

100m DB waiters walk R AHAP
100 m Db waiters walk L
150 m DB farmer's carry
50 m DB walking lunges

Post bs weight/time for score
