Strength/Skill: Deadlift
warm up to 60% and. . .
7 x 3 deadlift, first set @60% and increase weight ea set. Reps must be touch n go
In teams of 2. . . 10 min AMRAP*
Partner A: 200 m run
Partner B: max reps swings 70#/53#
*partners alternate for entire wod
Post highest dl weight and total number of swing reps per duo for score
