Divide # total participants by 4 to get teams:  each team starts at a different station.   Teams may trategize and perform the exercises in any order they choose but a round must be completed before moving on to the next round.

5 dynamic push ups (off 2, 45# plates)         Pop off or regular pu
200 m run

10 swings 53#/35#                                                appropriate kb/db
10 box jumps 24”/20                                            scale height if needed
Rest 2 min

10 sit ups
25 yd rev ball toss 20#/14#
25 yd bear crawl
Rest 2 min

5 tire flips
10 tire burpees
20 mtn climbers
Score is total rounds completed in all 4 AMRAPs
