Warm up:  400 m run/row; 15 squats, 10 db hang power snatches (5 ea), 5 chin ups

Skill Focus: TGU focus is on form/technique

Back squat:  Warm up and build to 80% and then. . .
2 back squats EMOM for 10 min @80% of 1RM back sq
3 x 5 min work, 1 min off:
Level 3
6 c2b chin ups
6 hang kb snatch ea side 53#/35#
3 tgu ea side 53#/35#

Level 2
6 chin ups
6 hang kb/db snatch ea side 53#/35#
3 tgu ea side

Level 1
6 mod chin ups
6 hang db snatch ea side
3 get ups ea side bw or light db
AMRAP  style
Pick up where you left off ea 5 min “amrap”
Post total rds + reps for score
