Skill/foucs: after through warm up review hs form and mods; review bean bag shuttle and have everyone warm up a little on both of them.

w/ a partner @ 1:1

AMRAP in 10 minutes

7 strict hspu (1 ab mat > seated or standing db strict press)

25 yard plate push or prowler push

2 minute transition

AMRAP in 10 minutes

bean bag shuttle (10 bean bags, riser placed 20 ft from start line)

2 minute transition

AMRAP in 10 minutes

10 tire flips

20 sledge slams (10 ea side)
