Skill: Back Squat 3. 3. 3. 3. 3 (increasing weight each set)

2 TTB/2 American Swings 70/53

October AOM: Adam L. 


Adam first stepped through the doors of CF Jaguar in July of 2012. A quiet guy, Adam was no stranger to exercise. Lean by nature, his main goal was to get stronger. And here we are over two years later! Adam has packed on muscle and gotten MUCH stronger along with greatly improving his flexibility enhancing his lifts even further. Not only has Adam improved in all aspects of fitness, he has done very well in intra box competitions and nutritional challenges along with competing in local races.  In addition, he constantly lends support to other members encouraging them to step beyond their comfort levels just as he did.

Adam pushes himself in every WOD and is always willing to take cues from his coaches. From muscle ups to cleans, he works hard to get better and it shows by his continued PRs and successes. An avid member of "Physique Friday", he loves hanging with friends while getting in a few extra curls!
