Warm up:  400 m run/row; 3x:  8 db lunges, 8 push ups, 25 mtn clmbrs

Skill Focus: BB Lunge (back rack)
Warm up to working weight; focus on upright posture, tight core, knee to ground

BB lunge 10. 10. 10. 10 (5 R, 5L)

Levels 2 & 3
5 front squats @75-80% of your 3RM
10 lateral bar over burpees
10 beats on tiger meat ea and your choice of either 3 tomahawk war chants or 5 more bar over burpees
200 m run
4 RFT

Level 1
5 front squats or db goblet squats
10 burpees
10 beats on tiger meat ea and your choice of 3 tomahawk war chants or 5 more burpees
200 m run
3-4 RFT

*chants must be loud to count
Post heaviest lunge set and time for score
