Challenge Strength Wod

Warm Up: 400 m run, 2 rds Cindy

Skill Focus: Get into groups of 3, depending on number of participants, decide which group is starting with deadlifts and which group is starting with back squat, will switch and all groups will finish with ohp.

5 Min for light warm up sets and set up

Adv: go for a 1 rm
Beg/Int: go for a 5rm

10 min to find your 1 or 5 rm Back Squat
5 min rest
10 min to find your 1 or 5rm Deadlift
5 min rest
10 min to find your 1 rm OHP
