Workout:
BO row 5 reps EMOM for 10 min @ 60-70% 1 rm
for speed and power
AMRAP in 12 min
15 mb push ups**
15 box jumps
15 T2B
Post bo weight used/# rds for score
**I loved Coach Mike's dissertation this morning on the proper way to do a close grip mb push up that we carried it over to all the other classes. Especially the point about "quality vs crappy rounds". I think most everyone caught the drift. . .
Julian is just learning our lingo and acronyms and learning them well. . .
Yes Julian I suppose it also means "Tits 2 Balls", valid point, it's all in the interpretation.
