Special Treat: for all of us that are going to the Tough Mudder Obstacle Course Run on Sunday Coach Janet is going to be offering an 11:00 am yoga class this Saturday only to have us be nice and loose. This class is open to all CrossFitters not attending also. And yes, we are still having our regular 10:00 am yoga class on Sunday.
