Warm up: 500 m row; 2 rds of 10 squats, 15 sit ups, 15 back ext
Sjill/focus: Deadlift

New Classes: Due to demand. . . Starting Tues. Sept 20th there will be a 6 am class on both Tuesday & Thursday in addition to our current 6 am classes on M/W/F. So no excuses, get up before the sun and get your CF wod in!
