Warm up: 400 m run, pose drills, 2 x 10 burpees, swings 30#/20#
Skill/focus: Bench Press

Happy Birthday Julian & Scott. So sorry you missed Sat 9/3's birthday bash but I am sure those 42 burpulls and 420 feet on the versa climber more than made up for it. Good job guys!!
