Odd: Toes to bar

Scheme: min 0-5 = 7 reps

min 6-11 = 5 reps

min 12-17 = 3 reps

RX+ 255/185, RX 225/155

Score: DL single, RX+ / RX / :)

Note: heavy single doesn’t have to be a 1RM, go by feel. Metcon is supposed to be lower in intensity, with focus on going unbroken all rds maximizing rest.
