EMOM for 10 minutes (alternating lifts)

Share a squat bar and bench bar with 2-4 people, alternating exercises on the minutes. (Minute 1

2 reps bench press @80-85% of your 1

WOD:

15 push ups

100 m sprint

rest 45 s

6 RFT

Score: squat weight/bench weight and time
