Levels 3

10 ring dips or on stands w/o bands
200 m run
Level 2
3 reps (1 rep = 3hps + 5 ohs) 85#/55#
10 dips on stand (no bands)
200 m run
Level 1
3 reps (1 rep = 3 hps + 5 b or f squats) or 6 1 arm db snatch (tot) and 5 goblet squats
10 dips (use a box, bench or with bands on dip stands)
