PUSHING DAISIES
Warm Up: 100 jump rope both legs, 50 on the left, 50 on the right; 3 x 5 wall balls,
burpees
Skill Focus: Back Squat
1 x 8, 1 x 5, 1 x 3
Back Squat x 2-4 (if you get 4, go up)
4 sets
Rest 2-3 min
WOD:
10 push ups
50 m sprint
10 rounds *
*Sprint begins in the push up position, recovery is the walk back-no running back
For time
Post squat wgt and time for score
And a very happy but belated birthday to Chip--and you thought I forgot. . . how were those 44 box jumps?
