Wed 8 am class: we have a photographer coming tomorrow from the Tampa Tribune to take pictures of Coach Janet working on mobility and we need some CrossFitters for the pictures?? Anyone interested please stay for a few minutes after class or you can just show up at 9 for pictures.
Tough Mudder Obstacle Course Run: this Sunday Oct 9th w/ Coach Al at 9:30 am. You must RSVP to paula@crossfitjaguar.com by Friday if you are coming.
