HALLOWEEN Dodge Ball
Warm Up: 600 m run, 10 pass thrus, 10 mb crossover push ups, 10 squats

Begin every other game with 1/s set of leg cranks (12 squats, 12 alt lunges, 12 split jumps, 6 jump squats)
