Tough Mudder Group Run:  this Sunday back at home on the Upper Tampa Bay Trail w/endurance Coaches Amy & Sandy.  Meet at 8:00 am Ballyhoo Grill.  Run is 6 to 10 miles.  If you haven't run more than 5, go for 6ish.  If you ran the 7 last time go for 8 to 9ish.  More seasoned runners go for the 10.  Respect where you are at, we are in this for the long haul.  Cap it off  at 10:00 am and head to our "not so hot now" box yoga w/ Coach Janet.

Heads up:  next Sunday 10/23 our Group Run will be at the beach and so will the yoga class! 

Tough Mudder shirts:  we are in the process of designing our TM shirts.  They are black, short sleeve and dri fit.  Fellow CFr's Kim & Antonio S are providing graphic design since they did such a beautiful job on our Moffit run shirts. 
We are still taking suggestions for a barbaric and beastly saying for the shirt. . . details on sizing, prices and ordering to follow shortly.
