Tough Mudder Group Run: Sunday Nov 6:  8:00 am on the trail at Lake Rodgers Park.  10 K run.  Most of the remaining runs will be trail runs, similar turf to what we will be running on for the TM.

Kipping Clinic:  Tuesday, Nov. 8th at 7:30 pm.  Here's your chance everyone to improve your kip, learn the butterfly (compliments of Phil H) and other tips on technique.  No charge or need to pre register but I highly rx attending as we don't have one that often.  There will also be the regular 7:30 pm Foundations class that night.

Holiday Party:  Mark your calenders now!!!  Friday December 9th at 6:30 pm.  Going to be our biggest and best bash yet.  Jenn, Bob & I will be providing beef & bird, we'll count on your for your fabulous Paleo side dishes and desserts, we will have a bartender on hand mixing NorCal margaritas and beer and wine will be available at the fabulous Jenn's Wine Shoppe next door. 

Holiday Stocking Contest:  Start working on yours now; decorate your stocking and start hanging them in the box Dec. 1--there will be a very cool prize for best stocking!
