MULTIPLES OF 10
Warm Up: 100 jump ropes, 50 on the right, 5o on the left, 2X5 pull ups, 10 swings, 10 sit ups
Skill Focus: 5 min du practice; for those with excellent du's work on triple unders.
WOD:
10 c2b pull ups
20 swings 53#/35#
30 sit ups (legs straight out-hands must start touching floor behind you and touch feet to complete rep).
40 du's
