Warm up:  400 m run/jog; 10 arm swings ea direction, 10 leg swings ea dir, 5 inside outs, 5 outside ins; turf drills:  5 perfect burpees, deep lunge to hip stretch, high kicks, A skips, B skips, alt quick knees, carioca; 2, 50 m acceleration build ups

Skill/focus:  3 point stance, quick leg vs power leg

NFL Combine Events

40 yd dash:  2 attempts
Vertical jump:  2 att
Broad jump:  2 att
3 cone drill:  2 attempts, 1 turning right, 1 turning left
20 yd shuttle:  2 attempts
60 yd shuttle:  2 attempts
Bench press:  1 attempt for max reps @225#/135# NFL/NCAA; 185#/115# Pop Warner; challenging yet appropriate weight Amateur

Well, as soon as someone can tell me how to interpret this Excel spreadsheet we'll find out.  I knew I was getting in over my head by using it:)  Obviously there has to be a way since you want the lowest time on sprints and the highest number of inches on vertical/broad and # bench reps.  Any Excel wizards out there?
