Great class this morning! The now famous 30 minute card game was the WOD. It's a New Year and a new deal. In true CF spirit we took what life dealt us and made the best of it by working hard and never quitting. And that's the mentality we need to reach our goals and succeed in life and sport.
And some of us got a bum deal with 3 Jokers or 600 feet on the Versa yet I heard nary a complaint. And on a side note, they sure have been getting a lot more use this past month. Could be the programmer. . . ?
And a huge shout out to Brea for working really hard through her injury (sustained in a basketball game, not a workout) and staying ahead of the game by pre habbing prior to surgery. You will accelerate your recovery big time!
