Scaling:
-Athletes unable to perform 100 Pull-Ups may choose to perform 100 Ring Rows instead
-Athletes unable to perform proper Push-Ups may do them to a box or elevated bar
-Rx+ options include wearing a weighted vest, performing the reps unpartitioned (100 Pull-Ups, then 200 Push-Ups, then 300 Air Squats) or both
-Athletes with injuries preventing them from running may replace the Runs with 1600m Rows
