400m Run (together)


Then:


80-60-40-20


Pull-Ups


Box Jumps 24/20


-30 minute cap

-Reps may be divided between athletes, but each set must be a minimum of 10 reps (ex: Partner A might do a set of 10 pull-ups and drop from the bar. If Partner A begins another Pull-Up set, he/she must complete 10 reps before Partner B can tag in)


-Sets of 10 do not have to be unbroken, but partners may not switch in the middle of a set of 10
