Back Squat 1 RM (3 attempts max)

Levels 2 & 3
20 yds walking lunges 40-55#/25-35# db’s or kb’s
5 rev wall climbs w/ push ups

Level 1
20 yds db walking lunges
5 inchworm push ups
7 RFT
30 min cutoff for all
Post 1 rm back squat/time for score
