More Burpees
Warm up: 400 m run, tmu of squat holds / renegade rows 30#/20#
Workout:
Romanian deadlifts @3011
rest 90 s
3 sets
and then. . .
EMOM (until 100 burpees)
5 push ups
5 squats
max burpees
After completing the push ups and squats do as many burpees as possible
until next min. Go until 100 burpees are completed

On the flip side, there is quite a family resemblance between Adriana and her brother. And that ripped Gringo on the right is pretty hot too:)
