TIRE KICKING

Warm up:  400 m run stopping every 100 m for 5 push ups, 5 squats, 5 ea mtn clmbrs; 10 pull ups, 15 sit ups

WOD:

Teams of 2, 1:1 – 5 min AMRAP w/ 1 min for rotation
6 stations
30 tire sledge slams (tot) = 1 rd
40 m bucket or sand bag carries = 1
40 m tire flips = 1 rep
25 m prowler pull  180/125 = 1
10 tire burpees = 1
25 m reverse ball throw 20#/14# = 1
Score is total rds per team
