LAST (WO)MAN STANDING

Warm up:  2 x 200 m run, 10 lateral lunges, 5 diamond push ups, 5 1 a swings ea

Skill Focus: Front Squat
warm up and build as needed

Front Squat 3 x 2 @ 90% of your 2rm from 4/25

 WOD:

Death by kb swing 53#/35# (odd min) / slam ball (even min) 20#/14#, rx + use heavy slam balls
Begin by performing 1 kbs on minute 1, 2 slam balls on min 2.  Continue adding until you are incapable of
completing the number and exercise associated w/ that minute
Post fs weight used and highest minute completed
