Warm up:  400 m run, tmu of
-wall ball burpees and plank holds
-sdhp 45/30 and sit ups
-squats and L sits

Workout:
7 min AMRAP
100#/65# thrusters
C2B pull ups
As many reps as possible doing 3 thrusters and 3 c2b pull ups, then 6 thrusters and
6 c2b pull ups and so forth.  Score is total reps
and then. . .

Handstand holds
Attemps hs holds 3 times, score your longest hold
