Skid Row

Warm up:  3x:  200 m run, 10 ring rows, 10 box jumps

Skill/focus:  BO Row
work on technique w/ a light load

Workout:
10 BO rows 95-115#/65-75#
10 lateral hop burpees
AMRAP in 20 mins
rest 3 mins

100 butterfly sit ups for time
Post # rds and time for score

Anyone that has a tent in addition to Nicole who is already bringing one please do so, we are short 2 tents and extra umbrellas will help also.

If you have not RSVP'd and are coming please do so I am placing the order for the food tomorrow and need a final head count.

Memorial Day:  we will have only 1 class on Monday, May 30th at 9 am but rest assured it will be a good one!!
