work on technique w/ a light load
Workout:
10 BO rows 95-115#/65-75#
10 lateral hop burpees
AMRAP in 20 mins
rest 3 mins
100 butterfly sit ups for time
Post # rds and time for score

Anyone that has a tent in addition to Nicole who is already bringing one please do so, we are short 2 tents and extra umbrellas will help also.
