SNATCH GONE BAD

Warm up: 1 min jumprope, 2 x 10 of squat jumps, 30 hs/bridge holds; mob:  shoulder, archer stretch, foam roll

Skill Focus:  Pull ups
adv:  if you have multiple strict pull ups, add weight and build up to the heaviest
set possible
Beg/int:  work on kip, negatives or putting multiple reps together
All:  emphasize hands being outside shoulder width, keeping elbows out and
initiating the pull with your scapula instead of a rounded back

 WOD:

3 rds of 1 min work @ ea station for max reps
right arm kb/db snatch 50-55#/30-35#
hollow rocks
left arm kb/db snatch
double unders
1 min rest after completion of the 4 stations
Post total number of reps for score
