Rx SealFreak:  w/ a weight vest--run 200 m, 50 push ups, run 200 m, 50 squats 3x then
w/out vest 50 sit ups / 50 back ext 3x.  Score is total time for both

Birthday She Beast Finisher:  27 burpulls
