Amp It Up

Warm up:  500 m row, 10 squats, 10 burpees, 10 ball slams, 10 mb push ups

Skill/focus:  Push Ups
a couple of sets working on technique

Workout
5 x 5 max weight push ups

50 sit ups     10 back x
40 sit ups     20 back x
30 sit ups     30 back x
20 sit ups     40 back x
10 sit ups     50 back x
*must complete 2, 500 m rows sometime during wod
For Time
Post push up weight and time for score
