WTF (What the Fischer?!)
Warm up: 800 m Indian run in 2 groups using light mb
TMU of walk out push ups/squats
Workout: Teams of 2
30 ea sit up toss
20 ea kneel to push up
10 ea reverse toss
60 total burpee ball lams
10 ea mb front squat to 50 m throw (one runs 50 m while other does
med ball squat then throws to partner as they pass the line and switch)
20 ea vertical extensions (standing back to back, pass ball under legs then
pass back going over head then switch direction)
30 ea wall balls
800 m mb alternating run
for time
