Pushing Your Limits
Warm up: tmu of kte, push ups, sit ups
-6 intervals or 3 min
Skill/focus: Shoulder Press
Take 2-3 sets to build your load
60 s of jumprope
20 s of rest
60 s of burpees
20 s of rest
60 s of push press 95#/65#
rest 3 mins 20 s
3 sets for max reps
