Warm up:  row 300 m, 10 walking lunges w/twist, inch worm push ups, pvc pass thrus

Skill:  Box Jump
2 x 5, 1 x 3 progressively higher box

Workout:
Box jump for max height 5 x 1

10. 15. 20. 15. 10 of
burpee box jumps
mb slam 20#/14#
for time
Post max box jump/time for score
