Skill Focus:  Back Squat
Build up to your working weight

WOD:


Back Squat 5 x 5 @85% of last 5 rm
Press 3 x 3 @ 90% of last 5 rm

7 pull ups
14 air squats
7 push ups
AMRAP in 12 min
Post bs / press weight and # rds for score
