800 m plate run 45#/25#
100 dead hang pull ups**
200 db bench press 50-60#/30-35#
300 squats 95#/65#
800 m plate run
**reps are team total not individual. All go on the runs.
Reps may be partitioned as each team chooses but must begin and end with the run.
Team must wait for all reps to be done before the final run
