Warm up: foam roll back, legs, hips; 400 m run/500 m row; 2 x 10 pass thrus, 10 good mornings, 5 burpees
Skill Focus: Vestibular Skills: spend 10 ish min working on some sort of tumbling
(cartwheels, somersaults, back handsprings)
WOD:
3 sdl @ 85@ 1 rm
50 m farmers carry ahap
7 c2b pull ups or 1 rope climb (no legs!!!!)
10 box jumps 24”/20”
Complete 10 total rds w/ a partner (one works 1 rests)
