Strength/Skill:
Death by Pull-Up
Workout begins with Strict Pull-Ups
EMOM increase workload by 1 rep until failure
Rest 1 minute
Continue using kipping Pull-Ups until failure

Scaling:
-Bands are allowed to assist with Pull-Ups, but if bands are used, will go to Ring Rows, after the minute of rest, NO KIPPING without strict Pull-Ups

WOD:
14 minute AMRAP
7 Front Rack Lunges R 135/95
7 HSPU
7 Front Rack Lunges L 135/95
7 HSPU

Scaling:
-7 HSPU/7 HSPU (abmat)/7 Push-Presses
-Athletes performing Push-Presses will use the same barbell as their lunges, NO DB’s

Extra Credit:
For time:
4x200m row
1 minute rest between rounds

-Pull-Up reps
