Skill: E2MOM for 14 minutes

1 High Hang Snatch, 1 Mid Hang Snatch, 1 Snatch (full)

Set 1-2: 65% of 1RM

Set 3-4: 75%

Set 5-7: 80%

If you are feeling good after set 5-6, increase to 85% for the last set.

WOD:

Tabata of sprints (8 total rounds)

4 minutes rest

Then 50 burpees for time.

Post heaviest successful set of snatch and burpee time.
