A) Strength-15 min time cap: Deadlift; 10 @50-52.5%, 8 @60-62.5%, 6 @70-72.5%, 4 @80-82.5%, 2 @90-92.5%.

B) Metcon: Teams of 2; 10 min amrap 200 m row, 2 min rest, 10 min amrap 200 m run. Half the class can start on row and half on run. Will have to allow versa or Airdyne in classes larger than 20.
