A) Skill: 100m run for time (2-3 attempts) (250m row rainy day sub)

B) Wod: 3 x 8min rds, no rest (24min running clock), if you get the work done in less than 8min, you rest until the next round starts. (Each round starts over, (no continuing where you left off) each movement has a point value (max score of 180).

500m row = 4pts per 100m

400m run = 5pts per 100m

20 burpees = 1pt per burpee
