5 x 3 back squats @ 80% of your new 1 rm

Pull ups, 20#/14#

Level 1
Mod pull ups

On the min alternating minutes

1st minute:  1 pull up
2nd minutes: 2 ball slams
3rd minute:  3 pull ups
4th minute:  4 ball slams etc until you can no longer continue

Post number of minutes completed for score
