Skill Focus: Power Snatch
Warm up to working weight/work on technique. . .

5 power snatches @ 65% 1rm EMOM for 10 mins

WOD:

24 Push ups (no knees, scale to 12 quality reps if needed)
16 Pull ups (scale to 8 quality reps if needed)
8 dips--strict
4 Shoulder to overhead  # 155/110
4 RFT
