WOD:  teams of 2; just like a marriage you must learn to work together. . .

5 min AMRAPs with 1 min rest/ transition (all numbered movements are "total" i.e. each rep counts toward total number)

Partner A: 400 m Row/ Partner B: plank hold

Partner A  &  B: 20 Pushup with hand slap/ 20 partner med ball sit up toss

Partner A & B: 20 Burpee over partner/20 Jump Squats

Partner A & B: prowler push 100 m (down and back)- each 100 is one round

Partner A: 20 renegade rows/ Partner B: 20 dumbbell thrusters AHAP

200 m Partner carry over the "threshold" (switch out as needed) - each 200 is one round.

One week before the wedding and they're still smiling at each other, now that's a good sign. . .
