CrossFit for Hope
"Hope" has the same format as "Fight Gone Bad".
Three rounds of:
burpees
power snatch 75#/55#
box jump 24"/20"
thruster 75#/55#
c2b pull ups
Score is total reps
In this workout you move from each of the 5 stations after a minute. This is a 5 minute round from which a one miute break is allowed before repeating. On the call of "rotate" the athletes must move to the next station immediately for a good score. One point is given for each rep.
